Sixth Contribution made to ATOS Youth Programs

As part of the rerelease of the original “At the Organ Grinder” albums on CD, a portion of the net proceeds is directed to the American Theatre Organ Society’s youth programs.

Based on CD sales in February, a payment was sent today to the ATOS in the amount of $84.62 – all thanks to your support of the documentary project. This brings the total contributed to ATOS thus far to $898.33.

This contribution was directed toward the ATOS Summer Youth Adventure (SYA). The SYA is a week-long event designed for young theatre organ enthusiasts who are interested in learning, developing, or refining their skills with the theatre organ.

During the week, students will attend a variety of instructional sessions, master classes, and open console time designed to improve their theatre organ knowledge and skills.

In addition to the invaluable instruction and learning opportunities, students will forge lifelong friendships with other young enthusiasts who share their passion for the theatre organ.

In 2024, the SYA was held here in Portland, Oregon, and multiple interviews of the attendees were filmed for the documentary.

NOTE: As of this writing, the first batch of CDs is more than 90% sold out – fewer than 10 copies remain. Order yours today!
